This morning it was the turn of the Mt Lawley Division 1 team to step out for their first match. I was first reserve on the team today and caddied for the first player. She put up a great fight but lost on the last hole. We had tp play the Wanneroo team on their home course and with the greens having been recently cored and sanded it was a difficult task. Our team suffered a whopping defeat 6 - 0 at the hands of the local team!Wanneroo is a country course, about 10 miles north of Perth. Pretty but nothing special. I enjoyed seeing the kangaroos and also the ducks on one of the greens!
