Opera in the Park

Went to the Supreme Court Gardens on Satudray night to the WA Opera's production of The Pearlfishers, a great occasion on a lovely balmy summer evening - summer here lasts from November to May! Lela was sung by young Perth soprano Katja Webb who is now based in Germany. She sang the countess role last year in Die Fledermaus. She was superb.
